ABOUT THE SPEAKER

David Rock is the author of four books, a researcher, and the CEO of the NeuroLeadership Institute, whose vision is to make organizations more human through science.

He coined the term NeuroLeadership and has written dozens of research papers on the deeper science of leadership development, learning, and change. He is one of the leading thinkers influencing how organizations everywhere manage and develop their people, with over 4,500 companies following his work including 30% of the Fortune 100.

Originally Australian, he lives in NYC and where he heads up a team of around 200 scientists and consultants.
